    A new subscription and consumables layer established predictable recurring revenue through automated filter replenishment plans, lifecycle reminders, and retention-focused renewal logic. To simplify product complexity, we introduced an intelligent compatibility wizard that guides customers to the correct filters and accessories based on their purifier model — reducing friction, returns, and customer support load.

    The storefront was further strengthened with performance optimization, including advanced caching strategies, lazy loading, and custom dashboards for monitoring load behavior during promotional spikes.
