CHALLENGE
Ticketmaster faced the obstacle of accurately collecting customer shoe sizes, a crucial requirement for their custom-made shoe collab. With a diverse customer base, obtaining precise sizes became complex. Additionally, as Converse was crafting the custom shoes, detailed size runs were essential. This meant coordinating accurate size information to align with Converse's customization process, adding further complexity to the challenge.
SOLUTION
We devised a comprehensive solution by creating a middleware app that efficiently managed all ticket IDs and customer email data. This app served as a centralized repository, facilitating seamless coordination among different aspects of the customization process.
We also developed an intuitive front-end login interface exclusively for Super VIPs. This interface enabled customers to easily verify their identity using their ticket number and associated email address. To maintain fairness and accuracy, an intricate system prevented the reuse of ticket numbers after they were utilized.
Customers were also given the ability to choose their desired shoe size and provide shipping information through the interface, elevating the personalization factor of the customer experience and aligning seamlessly with the festival's premium offering.
Behind the scenes, we ensured the efficient operation of its database, exporting all relevant data to the client's system through a scheduled cron job. This automated process streamlined data exchange, minimizing delays and enhancing overall efficiency.
This collaboration with Ticketmaster, Converse, and Golf Wang set a new standard in festival customization, showcasing our commitment to excellence in technology-driven experiences.
